WELCOME TO YOUR FIRST REST WEEK:

Learning to pause and rest is an integral part of taking radical responsibility for our lives. If you want to not only learn this material, but embody it, taking time to integrate is essential.

This means learning: To Nurture yourself.  Care for yourself. Affirm yourself.  Embody yourself.  Worthy in yourself.  To hold yourself.

That’s why this week I want you to send time reflecting on what has come up for you the past month of the program.  Ask yourself:

  • What did I notice about how I showed up the first month of the program?
  • What did I notice about my emotions, needs + behaviors?
  • In what way would I like to show up the next month of Awaken Her Soul?

 

And here is my big rest-week challenge: meditate for at least 10 minutes a day, every day this week (I recommend + use the  One Giant Mind app).
